Through continual practice, my progression in yoga is continuing to grow.

 

 

With these images you can see the difference within just a couple of months, through my practice.

 

 

In yoga you will always be progressing. There is really no beginner or advanced stage as we only push as far as our body is able to take. There maybe teachers who have been teaching for years and are still unable to do some poses and then someone who has just started and can do the pose straight away. It’s all about progressing through your own practice and working on the poses that are best suited to you.
