self care is so important for our mental, physical and emotional wellbeing. It is so important that we take good care of ourself every day. Having just 30 minutes or hour of time to yourself everyday to do something you enjoy can not only make you feel much happier inside but can also make you feel much healthier too. Here are some examples of ways in which you can endure a little more self care into your life:
