The city I’ll never forget
Horse Guards Parade
Horse Guards Parade is a lovely building in London that is the official entrance to St James’s and Buckingham Palace. The area is so large that it is used for the ceremonial parade ground in St James’s Park and is the scene of Trooping the Colour on the Queen’s official birthday in June.
Westminster Abbey is one of the worlds greatest churches with so much history going back hundreds of years. I would definitely recommend it as an essential when visiting London.
Buckingham Palace was amazing to see. All the guards and horse guard centred around it was incredible to watch.
The size of Big Ben was incredible to see. All the detail and architecture put into the build is amazing to look at.
Even though when I was travelling around London I never had a shot on the London eye as there was so many sites to see, I would still recommend if you have the time to take a ride. Though it was still beautiful to see both up close and from a distance.
The Tower Bridge has to be one of the most spectacular bridges in the UK if not the world. Taking a tour inside it and being able to look down through the glass floor onto the roads is scary but an experience in it’s self.
