Life is all about BALANCE

It really is not as difficult as everyone makes it out to be. It is all about balancing your:

  • family

  • friends

  • work

  • hobbies

  • time to yourself

‘some days you put  on your yoga pants and eat lots of salad and some days you eat cupcakes and relax on the couch, it’s called Balance.’

When practicing yoga it is all about balancing out your practice the same way you balance out your day to day life. Ensuring you always warm up your body and stretch out different muscles and finish with savasana (relaxation).
