As a Holistic Fitness Coach I aim to help my clients make positive and lasting changes to their health. I guide my clients through the process of creating a vision for their health and well-being, developing a healthy mindset and health habits, and encouraging them every step of the way until they accomplish their goals.
The Holistic approach is about looking at your fitness through the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being to life a happy, healthy lifestyle. It is not about going to the gym and working hard on all the machines, its about looking at yourself as a whole and finding exercise you enjoy that can be done anywhere.
As part of my Online Training with you I will help you look deeper into yourself through your mind, body and soul. I will look at different exercise that can be down anywhere like yoga, resistance training, stretches, cradio and meditation. And work with you to find exercises you enjoy.
