Time is so special. It is important that you embrace every minute as much as you can.
As part of caring for yourself, it is important that you schedule a bit of me time. This isn’t being selfish its caring for your self (self-care). Having that little bit more you time on a regular basis can have large impact on both your health and happiness.
If it feels like you have no free time then it may be time to evaluate how you are spending your time. Do you check your emails constantly and end up spending more time on your computer than you planned? Do you answer personal calls in the middle of your workday? Run to the supermarket daily to pick up dinner rather than plan in advance and shop once? If this sounds like you, then some time should be spent to prioritise how you are spending your time, and you will gain more free time than you can imagine.
The way in which you decide to spent your free time is entirely up to you, though here are some suggestion:
go for a walk
go for a bath
join a class
start a new hobby
