Side Effects

Having an invisible illness like epilepsy has given me endless side effects over the pasts 18 years due to the different medications I have been on. I’m not sure about any of you who also have an invisible illness, but it can be very draining. People just think you have an illness and are taking medication for it, but they don’t realise the numerous other side effects you’re also going through!!!!!

I’ve listed below some of the side effects I’ve been faced with and how they have changed me over the years.

The list is endless. But I have found the problem it not really about having all the side effects, its about how we learn to deal with them that is the problem. If you find yourself getting frustrated and letting them get to you everyday then that is what the side effects want. Remember you are a fighter and it is up to you to fight through any side effects you may have had so you can live the life you have always wanted.
